I absolutely love being in the kitchen. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast and I usually always have a little something sweet at dinner. Everything that I make is simple and easy to prep for the week or make in just a few minutes. I find experimenting in the kitchen to be very relaxing and exciting. I also love getting outside for long run or taking a booty kickin workout class.
I am currently studying to become a Certified Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.Whether that be with simply starting out or feeling confused within your health journey--that is what I am here for.

I’ve been living in Austin for exactly a little over a year now! Ah it’s crazy! I feel like I moved down here yesterday.
A year ago I wasn’t waking up to the normal Monday I was so used to. I wasn’t going into work and having to face the dreaded Monday’s that came when I worked in the office.
What a day! I’m so grateful that I was able to spend a day out at Lake Austin Spa Resort and unplug for a bit.
If you haven’t noticed already, one of my favorite things to prep for the week is a big batch of crockpot chicken for the week.
