Air Fryer Avocado Fries

If I thought avocado could get any better…avocado fries are seriously the best snack! With Super Bowl right around the corner, make these snacks and fool all your friends on the healthy addition to the spread. These come together in no time using the air fryer. I use this one and love it!

I love a good snack that also has some dipping required…anyone else love dips as much as I do? These avocado fries are calling for a good dip! I made a sriracha dipping sauce but you can do anything you’re feeling here!

I would suggest eating this the same day you make them…even though I doubt they would last much longer than that! I can tell you these would be perfect alongside a spread of delicious appetizers for any kind of party.

Just a note, I’m quite obsessed with my air fryer and have not tried these in the oven! If you do try them, let me know!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 avocados (Using ripe but still hard avocado is key)
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • For the sauce:
  • ½ cup mayo made with avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp sriracha
  • ½ juice of lemon
  • sea salt/pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients together for the sauce and set aside.
  2. Cut avocado into even slices. Prepare mixture of two eggs in one bowl and flour with spices in another bowl.
  3. Gently roll the avocado in the egg and then coat in the flour mixture. Set aside. Repeat for all avocado pieces.
  4. Place in air fryer at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
  5. Serve with sriracha dipping sauce
  6. Enjoy!
