Pumpkin Pie Energy Bites

I love everything pumpkin! I can (and sometimes do) eat it as a year around thing. And it’s even better around Fall. There’s something about pumpkin flavored everything that gets you ready for Halloween, crisp temperatures, changing leaves. Just love it! These are one of my favorites as it was just enough pumpkin but not too much. They are also super easy to throw together! All you need are the ingredients & a bowl and you’re good to go! These didn’t last long at my apartment. But let’s be real...when do these ever last long. Oops. If you love pumpkin as much as me, you will love these!


  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1/4 c almond butter

  • 1/2 c pumpkin puree

  • 1 tbsp raw honey

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Cinnamon

  • Sea salt

  • 1/4 c coconut flakes

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (or more)


  1. Mix all ingredients together in one bowl

  2. Place mixture into fridge for 20 minutes

  3. Roll into balls

  4. Store in fridge for a week!
