I feel like I'm always picking out the things that I like from a trail mix bag. So I decided to make my own instead. This is the best to make a bunch of and then have for the whole week! I would portion it out in containers to take to work with me or for an on-the-go snack option. I highly recommend using the bulk section at your grocery store (Whole Foods, Sprouts are where I usually go for it) You can switch this up however you like! I just like to limit a lot of dried fruit for the sugar & usually always adding in some kind of dark chocolate :) Enjoy!
- Dried banana chips
- Brazil Nuts
- Pumpkin seeds
- Combine everything in the same bowl & get snackin'!
