Think brownie but in a bite form and ya have it with these! Seriously the first batch I made of these went in two days. Oops. But they are SOO good. And only a few ingredients which makes it even better! These are perfect for when your sweet tooth kicks in during the day or after dinner. I have no doubt that you will love these as much as I do! And beware for the amount of times you will be going to grab them out of the refrigerator…

Note: These are Whole30 approved if you use almond milk instead of maple syrup.

  • 1 cup walnuts

  • 1 cup pitted dates (I used deglet noor pitted dates)

  • ½-1 tbsp maple syrup ( can also sub this for almond milk)

  • 3 tbsp cacao powder

  • cinnamon, sea salt

  1. Put walnuts and dates in a food processor & process

  2. Add in maple syrup & cacao powder & process again. This is where you may need to add in a tad more maple syrup depending!

  3. Put mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes

  4. Roll into balls!

  5. Optional--I rolled some in hemp seeds, chocolate covered chia seeds & the other dusted with cinnamon
