One Balanced Life

I’m Taylor and I lover of all things health & fitness. I am in my mid twenties living in Austin, TX! I created this account in hopes to inspire others to live in that of a balanced lifestyle. I think balance is different for everyone & can be achieved by all.


I absolutely love being in the kitchen. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast and I usually always have a little something sweet at dinner. Everything that I make is simple and easy to prep for the week or make in just a few minutes. I find experimenting in the kitchen to be very relaxing and exciting. I also love getting outside for long run or taking a booty kickin workout class.

I am currently studying to become a Certified Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.Whether that be with simply starting out or feeling confused within your health journey--that is what I am here for.

My goal is to show you that living a healthy, balanced lifestyle is achievable! I look forward to connecting with you more!
