One on One Health coaching is all about you. Taylor works with you to find the results you have always been looking for in order to become the best version of yourself. Taylor combines her passion in helping others, healthy eating, simple & delicious cooking, and fitness to structure the health coaching program fitted for you. Taylor helps individuals that are looking to pursue healthier habits while also creating a balance in your life. This is a program focused on mindfulness and uses a zero diet approach to feeling your best. Taylor is there to guide you through this process and be there every step of the way!

This program is for you if you’re:

  • ready to turn your life around and become the healthiest version of yourself

  • feeling bogged down by all of the information out there on what you should & shouldn’t be eating

  • confused on where to start when it comes to preparing healthy meals for the week

  • seeking a balance in your life that makes you happy and healthy

  • you are willing to commit to your health goals and realize that it takes time & commitment to get there

Agreeing to one on one coaching can be done on a Three to Six Month basis, depending on your health goals. This programs consist of (2) 50-minute monthly consultations, weekly meal planning, constant support through email, and supplemental tools to guide your health journey. This can be done locally or virtually.
