Homemade Taco Salad

I could eat taco salads each week. They are one of my go-tos around here because they always hit the spot and usually pretty easy to throw together! A few of these things I like to always have on hand: Western Grass-fed Beef, lettuce, riced cauliflower and some veggies to throw in a salad like onion, cucumber, carrots! You can even save time and prep all of this at the beginning of the week to have when you want! That means a bowl like this can come together in like 5 minutes!

  • 1 package Western Grass-fed Beef

  • 1/2 package cauliflower rice

  • 1 lime

  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro

  • tomatoes

  • red onion

  • Romaine lettuce

  • Avocado

  • Taco seasoning spices: 1tbsp. chili powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, 1/4 tsp dried oregano, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp sea salt & black pepper.

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 garlic clove, minced


  1. In one pan, add the minced garlic and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add package of Western Grass-fed beef and cook on medium heat.

  2. Once the beef has cooked for a few minutes, add in the homemade taco seasoning mix. set aside once fully cooked through.

  3. In another pan, add in 1 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 package of cauliflower rice. Saute for 3-4 minutes and then add in juice of 1 lime, sea salt & 1/4 cup chopped cilantro. Set aside.

  4. Make your bowl! Add in chopped romaine lettuce, carrots, onion, tomatoes, cooked cilantro lime cauliflower rice, Western Grass-fed beef, and avocado.

  5. This makes extra so you will have leftovers!
