I could eat taco salads each week. They are one of my go-tos around here because they always hit the spot and usually pretty easy to throw together! A few of these things I like to always have on hand: Western Grass-fed Beef, lettuce, riced cauliflower and some veggies to throw in a salad like onion, cucumber, carrots! You can even save time and prep all of this at the beginning of the week to have when you want! That means a bowl like this can come together in like 5 minutes!
It’s important to me to use quality meat in my recipes. Not only do I taste the difference, but I feel better consuming it. The beef at Western Grass-fed beef is the quality that I look for. Their all natural 100% grass-fed and grass finished beef is humanely raised with no antibiotics or added hormones, and always raised on open pasture. The company believes in supporting a rancher’s way of life, which I think is amazing. They have offered to give you 20% off your total order if you’re interested in trying!
