These may be a new go-to for me during the week! Even though I think I say that about everything (haha) I’ve wanted to make a salmon patty for a while and one day threw some of these ingredients together & they came out sooo good! So I had to make it again to perfect it and share with you all! These are perfect to have for the week and make the easiest thing to reheat and serve with veggies, sweet potatoes or whatever you like to make it a meal! They were so delish on the lettuce wraps, but you could also put them on buns if you want! I’ve been obsessing over fresh DILL! It adds so much flavor to a dish, so I highly recommend giving it a try if you haven’t already! Hope you love these!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans salmon

  • 1/4 cup almond flour

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 1/2 tsp adobo

  • Sea salt & pepper

  • 1/4 c chopped spinach

  • 2 tbsp chopped dill

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

  2. Roll into patties. This makes around 6.

  3. Bake for 22-23 minutes

  4. Enjoy!
