Spinach Basil Hemp Seed Sauce


I can't tell you how much I love this sauce! It has become on repeat each week over here. I literally put it on EVERYTHING! Pasta, toast in a salad, you name it. It's also super easy and only requires a couple ingredients which is even better. I think you're going to LOVE it!! 

Recipe note: You can have this sauce either hot or cold! If you serve it hot, just place the pasta on low and add the sauce to warm up on the stove.


  • 1.5 cup spinach

  • 1 cup fresh basil (stems & all)

  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil (using a good quality of EVOO is best)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1/2 juice of lemon

  • Add 1-2 tbsp. water until desired consistency

Directions :

  1. Combine all ingredients in your food processor & blend!

  2. Store in container for 3-4 days or top on pasta to serve!
