This may be my new favorite sauce! I literally want to put this with everything!!! And it didn’t really last long around here. When I make my bowls/salads I like using more of a homemade sauce then a dressing for it. And then you know, use the beloved salad chopper to chop and mix everything up. Its sooo good! The salad chopper that I talk about all the time can be found here. It’s a serious game changer especially with bowls like this! This sauce has so much flavor & only requires a couple ingredients. I’ll be putting this in pasta, on toast, the options are endless! Oh and it is also dairy free! I hope you love!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sundried tomatoes
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • â…“ cup almonds
  • 4 tbsp water
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 garlic clove
  • salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in the food processor & blend! Store in the fridge.
  2. I added it in a bowl with greens, sautéed chicken, quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, black beans, and cucumber. But also SO good in pasta!

Talk soon, Taylor.
