Shrimp Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry


This is one of my favorite things to prep for the week! One, because it is easy and two, it has so much flavor. It also has so much room for variety--which i love! You can switch up the veggies in it, change up the flavors, and then also switch up the base. For this one I used cauliflower rice, but you can also do brown rice, which I will also include the ingredients for too. Zucchini or sweet potato noodles would be awesome too. This is something that will stay good if you fix a bunch of it on Sunday or Monday! I’m all about some leftovers when they are this good! For a lot of my stir fry recipes, I usually just go by taste and switch up how much of everything I am using.


  • Avocado oil (I used chosen foods or primal kitchen)

  • Broccoli

  • Bell pepper

  • Mushrooms

  • Cauliflower rice (You can buy a bag at Trader Joes)

  • Garlic

  • Coconut aminos

  • Avocado oil

  • Soy sauce

  • ½ lb fresh shrimp



  1. Cook fresh shrimp in seperate pan with minced garlic, sea salt & pepper

  2. In another pan, add some avocado oil with all the veggies. Saute for a few minutes

  3. Add bag of cauliflower rice in with the veggies (only needs to be on the stove for a couple minutes)

  4. Add in spices--sea salt, pepper & garlic powder

  5. Once everything is finished, combine shrimp with veggies

  6. Remove from heat and add coconut aminos and soy sauce to taste

  7. Top bowl off with green onion and toasted sesame seeds
