Sheet Pan Meal

This has become a weekly favorite of mine! They are so easy to prep and can easily be switched up according to what you have on hand. I also like to make these and have them for dinner and also use it the next day to pair with quinoa, brown rice or greens as a lunch. I'm all about meals that can be turned into a couple for the week. If you don't have a lot of time on the weekend to prep or in need of a quick weeknight dinner, give this a try! If you're feeding for yourself or feeding for the family, it can easily be customizable for everyone. 


  • Broccoli
  • Chicken Apple Sausage
  • Yellow Squash
  • Sweet Onion
  • Red pepper
  • Red potatoes
  • Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Cut up all of the veggies that you are using for the sheetpan meal 
  3. Spray with Avocado oil spray (I use chosen foods)
  4. Bake for 30 minutes (flipping half way through)
