Sheet Pan Meal

This has become a weekly favorite of mine! They are so easy to prep and can easily be switched up according to what you have on hand. I also like to make these and have them for dinner and also use it the next day to pair with quinoa, brown rice or greens as a lunch. I'm all about meals that can be turned into a couple for the week. If you don't have a lot of time on the weekend to prep or in need of a quick weeknight dinner, give this a try! If you're feeding for yourself or feeding for the family, it can easily be customizable for everyone.
Ingredients:
- Broccoli
- Chicken Apple Sausage
- Yellow Squash
- Sweet Onion
- Red pepper
- Red potatoes
- Chosen Foods Avocado Oil Spray
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Cut up all of the veggies that you are using for the sheetpan meal
- Spray with Avocado oil spray (I use chosen foods)
- Bake for 30 minutes (flipping half way through)
