Maple mustard glazed salmon:
I go in waves with salmon. Some weeks it’s all that I want and sometimes it doesn’t sound good at ALL! But when I do want it, I usually always crave it this way. This maple mustard sauce is perfect sweet/savory mix and adds so much flavor! You can also throw together this dish in less than 20 minutes because the salmon just gets put on broil which cooks it up fast! As you may know, bowls are my favorite. I usually add it with other roasted veggies, salad bowl and make it into a complete meal. If you’re a fan of salmon, you will love this!
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Set oven to Broil on high.
Mix together 1 tbsp of maple syrup and 1 tbsp of dijon mustard with sea salt & pepper and then coat it on top of salmon. You may want to make extra to use as a dressing on the bowl!
I bake it on the cast iron skillet for 15-17 minutes. It will depend on the size of your salmon!
