The Easiest Weeknight Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry

You really can’t beat a good stir fry any day. I’ve been loving making this for something easy & a lot of flavor during the week. I’ll make it and it’ll last for a couple meals & even pair it with some protein to completely round it out. The best thing is that this takes less than 10 minutes to make and those are the best kind of meals right!? If you’re not a fan of cauliflower rice, try doing brown rice! Or switch it up by adding in different veggies that you may like or have on hand. This really can be customizable for what you like this is just what I used! A few protein ideas are chicken sausage, shrimp or I’ve been loving the frozen Trader Joe’s chicken burgers for something even quick & easy as well! I hope you love it as much as I do!


  • 1 package Cece’s Veggie Co. Veggie Medley

  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms

  • 1/3 cup chopped onion

  • 1/3 cup shredded carrots

  • 1 c. broccoli

  • 2 tbsp green onion

  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos

  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • sea salt/pepper

  • 1 garlic clove


  1. In pan, saute onion & garlic clove in sesame oil

  2. Then add in veggie medley, mushrooms, broccoli & green onion

  3. Add in garlic powder, ginger, salt & pepper

  4. Then add in coconut aminos

  5. Top it off with green onion & sesame seeds
