Shrimp & Asparagus Pasta w/ Spinach Basil Hemp Seed Sauce

This is one of my favorite go-tos when I want something easy & delicious! I also love shrimp and don’t fix it enough! You probably know by now that I love making my spinach basil hemp seed sauce and using it in pasta bowls. It’s so easy to make and so light & fresh for pasta which I love! I’ll make a batch of it for the week and use it for a variety of things like pasta, toast, salads —you name it! You’ll love it as much as I do if you make it! Then throwing together pasta like this is so easy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chickpea pasta (I like Banza)

  • Spinach Basil Hemp Seed Sauce (1.5 cups spinach + 1 cup fresh basil+ 1 garlic clove+ 1/4 cup hemp seeds + 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil + 1/2 lemon + 2 tbsp water
    + sea salt/pepper)

  • 1/4 cup sundried tomatoes

  • Shrimp (I cooked around 12)

  • Avocado Oil Spray (I use Chosen Foods)

  • 1/2 cup chopped asparagus

  • Sea Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes

  • Primal Palate Bae Seasoning

Directions:

  1. Make Spinach Basil Hemp Seed Sauce by blending all of the ingredients in the food processor. Set aside

  2. Cook pasta according to instructions on packaging

  3. Heat up pan by spraying Avocado Oil spray and cook shrimp with the Primal Palate Bae seasoning

  4. Once shrimp has cooked throughly, set aside.

  5. Place asparagus in another pan with a little Avocado Oil spray, sea salt & pepper. Saute for a few minutes.

  6. Combine cooked pasta, spinach basil hemp seed sauce, asparagus, sundried tomatoes, and shrimp. Top with red pepper flakes!

  7. I like to serve mine on a bunch of greens. Enjoy!
