I absolutely love being in the kitchen. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast and I usually always have a little something sweet at dinner. Everything that I make is simple and easy to prep for the week or make in just a few minutes. I find experimenting in the kitchen to be very relaxing and exciting. I also love getting outside for long run or taking a booty kickin workout class.
I am currently studying to become a Certified Health Coach at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.Whether that be with simply starting out or feeling confused within your health journey--that is what I am here for.

I get a lot of questions about the grocery store. Everything from how to prepare a weekly grocery list to maneuvering the grocery store to then preparing the items that you've now bought from the store. It can be a little overwhelming!
