Have you ever gone through the drive through at Starbucks and ordered the Turkey Bacon Egg White Breakfast Sandwich? Maybe you ordered it and then realized how easy it would to make it home and it was a $6 sandwich. Ugh, been there. I love prepping this copycat version so I can have them at home whenever I want! It’s also so helpful for the busy mornings too.

These Turkey Bacon Egg White Breakfast Sandwiches will simplify your mornings and can easily be prepped at the beginning of the week to have all week long!

What you need for Turkey Bacon Egg White Breakfast Sandwiches:

  • English Muffins
  • Egg Whites
  • White Cheddar Cheese
  • Turkey Bacon
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper

How to make these breakfast sandwiches:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Start by mixing together your egg whites, sea salt and black pepper.
  3. Lightly spray your silicone egg mold with avocado oil spray.
  4. Pour eggs into silicone mold to fill.
  5. Cook turkey bacon according to package.
  6. Bake eggs for 22-25 minutes in the oven.
  7. Toast english muffins.
  8. Assemble muffins with turkey bacon, egg white and white cheddar cheese.
  9. Let cool before wrapping in plastic wrap.
  10. Store in the freezer and pull out to place in fridge the night before you want one.

How to store your breakfast sandwiches:

  • It’s best to store your breakfast sandwiches in the freezer and then pull out to place in the fridge the night before you want one.
  • I will wrap mine in plastic wrap once cooled and then store in a large reusable bag in the freezer
  • Make sure you store once everything has cooled!!

If you want to switch it up, try doing this instead:

  • Use your favorite english muffin
  • Try it with your favorite turkey bacon

Do I have to reheat these in the microwave?

I’ve also reheated these in the air fryer! I like to wrap mine in a paper towel and reheat in the microwave for 50 seconds.

Can I store these in the fridge?

These are best to store in the freezer for the week! You will want to pull one out of the freezer and place in the fridge the night before you want one.

What english muffins did you use?

I used the Whole Foods 365 brand for these! I also like using the Dave’s Killer Bread or Thomas English Muffins too.

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Avocado Oil Spray
