I absolutely love being in the kitchen. My favorite meal of the day is breakfast and I usually always have a little something sweet at dinner. Everything that I make is simple and easy to prep for the week or make in just a few minutes. I find experimenting in the kitchen to be very relaxing and exciting. I also love getting outside for long run or taking a booty kickin workout class.

Woah week 1 is complete!! I actually can’t believe it, this week has flown by! My mom texted me and was like how’s day 6 of whole 30 and I couldn’t believe I had already been doing this the last week.
I've been a newbie to cities very often! I love it as it makes me get out of my comfort zone but its also really scary. Moving somewhere where you don't know anyone, don't know your way around town, and are forced to create your new routine.
I love snacking! I always like to have things around when I want something quick and satisfying too. I feel like I go back and forth between sweet and savory snacking. But I do have a couple go-tos for around here!
I get a lot of questions about the grocery store. Everything from how to prepare a weekly grocery list to maneuvering the grocery store to then preparing the items that you've now bought from the store. It can be a little overwhelming!
