Ultimate Breakfast Hash

This hash is so delicious & full of so much flavor!! I love having these for breakfast because it's easy & so satisfying. I will definitely have this for breakfast, lunch & dinner because it's that good and I can eat breakfast foods at any time of the day. Just can't get enough! I'll be having this with avocado & probably throw an egg on top too to complete it. One of my favorite kitchen items is the lodge cast iron skillet! I use it all of the time and it's perfect when making this recipe. I was loving this and literally had it on repeat the week that I made it because it made so much! 

Ingredients: 

  • Breakfast Sausage
  • Bell Pepper
  • red potatoes
  • Yellow onion
  • 1 apple 
  • Fresh dill
  • garlic clove

Directions: 

  1. Cook breakfast sausage in separate pan. 
  2. Chop up all veggies & add to skillet with 1 garlic clove. 
  3. Let veggies saute and then add in cooked breakfast sausage and chopped apple. 
  4. Top with fresh dill
  5. ENJOY
