The OG Breakfast Bowl

This is one of my favorite things to have for breakfast. It is full of protein, fat & fiber and it hits the spot every single time! If you have this meal prepped, it also only takes a couple minutes to throw everything together, which are my kind of meals. I would suggest prepping a bunch of roasted sweet potatoes to have on hand and then hard boiling your eggs beforehand. I probably have these bowls atleast once a week and sometimes even for lunch if I dont have it at breakfast. I also like to switch up how I cook my eggs with these bowls each time. Sometimes I will scramble them, sometimes do a 9 minute hardboiled egg (almost full cooked but still a little runny), or a 6 minute egg (also known as a jammy egg) which will appear to be more runny.


  • Mixed greens

  • Roasted sweet potatoes

  • Hardboiled egg (boil for your preference)

  • Avocado

  • Kraut (I use Farmhouse culture)

  • Optional--pesto, fresh dill

  • Red pepper flakes


  1. Get all your ingredients out

  2. Assemble bowl

  3. Top with red pepper flakes, fresh herbs
