Sauteed apples are one of my favorite things to make for topping on oatmeal, toast, or even eating by itself with some nut butter. They are SO good and so easy to make! And this was the coziest bowl. Bowls like this make me want to curl up on the couch in a fuzzy blanket with my pup and just chilll. Anyone else!? Any way, fall screams all the fall flavors so give this one a try! I love my oats so you can make these and top them with something different or do the sautéed apples! Hope ya love!!
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup + a little more nut milk
1/4 mashed banana
Vanilla Ghee (I use Fourth & Heart Madagascar Vanilla)
1 scoop collagen peptides (I use Further Food Collagen Peptides)
While on medium to low heat, combine the oats & nut milk in the pan. Continually stir.
Add in cinnamon & collagen peptides. Continue to stir
Add in mashed banana & stir. Remove from heat one stirred in.
In separate pan, add ghee, apples & cinnamon to pan and sauté on medium to low heat.
Top with hemp seeds, peanut butter, banana & sautéed apples!
