If you are anything like me this time of year can drain my energy reserves. I start to feel as though I am running on empty. And I look so forward to the renewal that comes with the change of season. If you are finding yourself in a place of depletion I encourage you to create a list of things that fuel you. Perhaps a walk outside or long soak in the tub. Then try to pick one thing off your list everyday–and do it. By then end of the week I promise you will feel re-energized.
