Happened upon another restaurant with a train suspended from the ceiling that ran continuously. Grateful for the distraction for the kids (and that I didn't have to come up with another meal from the cooler).

Practice? Maybe just some time to think. Traveling with little ones is incredibly challenging - you know your own advice. Tenderness. Be gentle with yourself. But once you really get collected - get to it. I'm dying to hear all about your adventure. Every second. We miss you!
